My approach to time management has always been a holistic, philosophical one.
For example, one argument I always make Is that if you want to manage your time effectively, you need to know what you are trying to achieve with your time – what you value most in each area of your life.
If you only focus on getting more done, you won’t be doing more of what you really need to be doing. So, you will just end up getting bad results quicker than before.
